Evelyn and Eric rushed outside the next morning to start Evelyn's training.
Krista strolled out and sat on the porch, ready to witness the training session. Munching on a biscuit she grabbed off of the counter, she watched as Eric began to make orders at Evelyn.
"Flick your hand like this, just say this, and you'll be able to cast it."
Evelyn glared at him. "It's NOT that easy, you know?! I'm barely starting out!"
Eric nodded, the appearance of calm and patience when Krista could clearly smell his blood rush, adrenaline pumping through his veins. He was growing irritated with his cousin, just not showing it to her. Slowing down a little, he repeated the process of explaining a few more times before Evelyn told him to back off.
"Okay, I think I got it now," she said, staring at a flower to her right. Flicking her wrist a little while saying the incantation, "Sweet flower, you shall light, when I cast this spell, burn hot and bright!" She yelled the last word as a shot of heat burst through her arm and out her finger. The flower she was pointing at suddenly caught fire, causing it to wither in minutes. Before it could slowly burn to ash, a bright light flashed and the flower exploded.
"What the-?!" Evelyn exclaimed, jumping back. Eric smiled to himself, while Krista stared in shock at the place where the flower once was. She had no idea her lover could weild such power. She knew Evelyn was powerful, of course; she tasted Evelyn's blood for goodness sake! However, she had no idea Evelyn could be this powerful.
Eric stepped up to his cousin. "I think you'll be a fast learner, Eve. Not even I could do that, not to an object that has water within it's veins. Only dry objects, such as rocks," he admired her, staring in awe at the flower's previous home. "I think you're ready to cause a storm. You're going to skip out on hours of training techniques, since you're so skilled," he smiled as she stared at him in shock. She wasn't going to need any more training?
A few hours later, there was an amazing storm of not only rain, but also of lightning, thunder, wind, and not to mention a few sparks of fire occasionally emitted from the finger tips of Evelyn. The clouds above the witch's head swirled around her, while the lightning illuminated her curvy figure standing out on the lawn. Krista sat there, on the porch, enjoying the show. Oh yea, the sight of magic before her eyes was wonderful. But the most beautiful sight before her was of Evelyn's eyes. They were alight with excitement, different than the type she expressed in front of Krista. These eyes were full of Power. Full of determination and pride. They turned to look at Krista right now with a smile in them as well. Krista smiled huge and blew a kiss to her lover, which Evelyn caught in her hand and placed delicately to her lips with a wink of her eye, before turning back to the storm she brewed.
Suddenly, Krista stood and walked into the house. She had felt a shot of excitement in an area only awakened when Evelyn was close to her, when she could feel her body warmth. Not this time. Just that flirty look from Evelyn had turned her on, which was unnatural. Usually, she would need the smell of Evelyn's blood in her system and the feel of her soft body against her own in order to escalate to such emotions. It wasn't the case, not any more. It appears that Evelyn's powers exceeded those Krista knew well.
Smiling at the thought of the pure joy and excitement in Evelyn's eyes, Krista went to lay on Evelyn's bed. Eve was doing fine with her magic, and Krista was growing tired. It's best to take a nap, thought Krista. Before she knew it, her eyes were shut, her breathing deep, and her dreams consuming her.
Her dreams of Evelyn consuming every part of her...

Hey, FLyerS again. You need to work on your suspense. Make there be a little frustration in the majic. Audiences like characters because of their strengths. Audiences love characters for their weaknesses. Also, when casting a spell, rhythm is more important than rhyme. I would suggest describing her feelings when casting a spell. Not emotional feelings, that is, but the physical response to majic. It's different for everyone.
Good job, work on the suspense.
i cant wait for the next chapter please dont take too long this story is too good to end!
